Adults will strengthen their bodies and increase flexibility using non-impact and low-impact dance steps in this gentle ballet class. They will notice improvement in posture and range of motion. Much of the class will be performed at the ballet barre to offer support and stability while working on balance.

Jazz & Hip-Hop
Adults and teens learn jazz techniques in this fun, free-form class. They will strengthen, stretch, and increase their body awareness while learning jazz combinations influenced by current dance trends.
Stretch & Breathe
Adults will release tension and improve circulation in this floor-based class. They will use deep breathing and basic stretching techniques from ballet, yoga, and pilates mat work to improve flexibility and increase range of motion. Students should bring their own yoga mats or towels.
