About Lully MAC Ballet School...

Lully Moving Arts Corp (Lully MAC) was formed in 2007 to provide south Sarasota County residents with quality dance education that fosters appreciation, understanding, and passion for the culture of dance.  At Lully MAC, we believe proper ballet training is the strength that will allow our students to excel in other life pursuits as well as in other forms of dance.  It is our mission to help students grow graceful, confident, and strong.

Our Artistic Director, Stacy Wright, has a reputation for excellence in teaching classical ballet technique.  Now, in our intimate studio setting, she introduces dancers to technical training with a positive and encouraging teaching style.  Focus is placed on proper body alignment and effective execution of movement.  Lully MAC dancers learn how to present themselves with poise, grace, and confidence while studying the discipline of ballet.

Ms. Wright earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Modern Dance Performance from University of South Florida where she studied under former member of the  Alvin Ailey Dance Company John Parks and author of Classical Ballet Technique Gretchen Ward Warren.  During her dance career, Ms. Wright has also trained with internationally recognized dance masters David Howard and Jo Rowan.   She has also attended Jacob's Pillow and the Martha Graham School of Contemporary Dance.   Ms. Wright has been teaching beginning through advanced levels of ballet and dance improvisation for 20 years.
